My name is Raybecca. I live in a 3 bedroom/1.5 bath condo in Anaheim at the Imperial Hwy/La Palma area. I have 2 boys (8 and 6). We are looking for a male to move in that is easy going n chill. The rent I am asking is $1000, which includes Furnished Room Utilities Half garage for storage, Full size fridge in the garage for use (we can split both so you are not having to go to the garage every time you want something cold), Facility pool just down the street Lovely, VERY quiet neighborhood. We are 15 minutes from Irvine, straight over Imperial Highway. Please note that we have a cat, small dog, and one of her puppies. I WILL ask you to come and see the place as well as meet my kids (encase you don't "click") the landlords will ask for an application that I will provide and I will leave the final decision up to them as it is, ultimately, their house. 909-520-XXXX Our home will be open at the beginning of May.
